What Brands Of Stairlifts Do You Buy?
We buy a few brands of used / second hand stairlifts including Thyssen, Acorn, Handicare, Platinum, Brooks, Minivator plus some other brands.
Do You Buy All Types Of Stair Lifts?
We buy back both straight and curved stairlifts, this can include stairs with powered or manual hinges at the bottom.
Can’t I Get More Money Selling Privately?
Absolutely, there’s nothing to hide there! But by selling privately you are running the risk of getting into issues with the buyer, who’s going to be untrained and potentially push the blame back on you if the stairlift didn’t work for them.
Will You Buy Stairlifts That Have a Dead Battery?
Absolutely! If it’s a brand of stairlift we take, then we will simply fit the new batteries when taking it away. We would have to test it to ensure it’s fully working prior to making the payment on the day.
What Else Do I Need To Have?
The price changes a bit if the accessories that came with the stairlift aren’t included. For example we ideally like to get back the remote controls and user manual on the day of removal.
Do You Take Stairlifts That Have Already Been Removed?
Depending on the condition of the stairlift and where it’s been stored, it’s advised to send as many pictures as you can of the stairlift when sending us an inquiry.
Do You Buy Faulty Stairlifts?
Sometimes we are willing to buy back faulty stairlifts, as long as it’s a brand we are interested in and the price reflected it being faulty.
